Q: Are your suits stitched or unstitched?
A: All our suits are 3-piece unstitched lawn suits unless clearly mentioned otherwise.

Q: What comes in a 3-piece suit?
A: Each 3-piece suit includes:

  • Shirt fabric (lawn)

  • Trouser fabric

  • Dupatta (lawn, chiffon, or as mentioned in the product description)

Q: Will the color look exactly like the photos?
A: We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

🛒 Orders & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select your product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A:

  • Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer

  • UK/International: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer delivery all over Pakistan?
A: Yes, we deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan.

Q: Do you ship to the UK or internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to the UK and select international countries.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Pakistan: 3–7 working days

  • UK & International: 7–14 working days (may vary)

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A:

  • Pakistan: Yes, within 3 days of receiving the order (unstitched, unused items only).

  • UK & International: No returns, except in cases of damaged or wrong items.

Q: What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
A: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Q: Do you restock sold-out designs?
A: Occasionally. Follow us on social media or sign up for updates to know about restocks.

Q: Do you offer stitching services?
A: No, we currently only offer unstitched suits.
