  • All products sold are unstitched 3-piece lawn suits unless otherwise stated.

  • We strive to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed via email after payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as limited stock, inaccurate pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

  • We accept multiple payment options depending on region:

    • Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer

    • UK & International: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer

  • All payments must be completed before the order is processed for dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary:

    • Pakistan: 3–7 working days

    • UK & International: 7–14 working days (may vary by location)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Delays caused by courier companies or customs are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Pakistan Orders:

    • Exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery if item is unused, unstitched, and in original condition.

    • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • UK & International Orders:

    • Due to shipping costs, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges outside Pakistan unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Note: No returns or exchanges for items that have been stitched, worn, or altered.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary personal data to process and deliver your order. Your information is never shared or sold to third parties.
